About
This workshop is an opportunity to learn and take home all you need to start your own sprout microfarm. We will taste teas, share growing and nutritional information, and participate in meditation. All in collaboration with the Alba Caffé team who will be providing some sprouty snacks and a seasonal tea.
biome: sprouts and microgreens is a free event for residents of Aldgate, Spitalfields, Whitechapel and Tower Hamlets, and is is part of biome: experiments in radical kinship, a year-long residency programme in the Artsadmin Canteen from Zoë Laureen Palmer. This residency, which began in June 2023 and continues into July 2024, explores how we can feel our way into meaningful relationships with the natural world, within the communities local to Toynbee Studios.
