Bio Graphia is a collaboration between brother and sister João Saramago and Paula Pinto, Portuguese creatives working in Wales and Portugal.
About
We are looking for solo dancers and performance artists based in Wales and Portugal for film with classical & contemporary background and strong improvisation skills.
Ages 21 - 38
A short film will showcase contemporary dance, drawing and performance to be presented in an online format.
Selected artists will receive a payment fee.
The proposal is to create a dance or performance piece linking Wales and Portugal, exploring the concepts of homesickness and belonging.
Our mission is to create new future relationships and networks between Wales and Portugal.
Interested dancers should:
Availability for rehearsals in Wales during the month of May 1st – 31st (to be defined)
Availability for film in South Wales between June 1st - 15th
