On Thursday 7th March, from 6.30 - 8.30pm, Hyatt Place London City East will host a private view event to mark the end of the Bill Tidy MBE Retrospective at the hotel.
About
There will be drinks, canapes and a last chance to view Bill’s cartoons in our restaurant Zoom East and rooftop bar PocketSquare.
This is a great opportunity for fans of the renowned cartoonist to see the exhibition before it ends and for any cartoon enthusiasts to secure an artwork to take home.
Part of the hotel’s Curated at Hyatt Place exhibition series, this is the first retrospective of Bill’s work since his passing in March last year. It has been curated by Bill’s daughter Sylvia Tidy-Harris and sees thirty of Bill’s much loved cartoons displayed throughout the hotel.
All of the exhibited works are for sale with 25% going into the Curated at Hyatt Place art bursary.
