The Milan Biennale 2023 is curated by renowned Italian curator Salvo Nugnes, famous Italian art critic and historian Vittorio Sgarbi as the curatorial consultant, and A60 International Art as the special partner of the Milan Biennale in charge of the promotion and on-site work of Chinese artists.

The Milan Biennale 2023 is curated by renowned Italian curator Salvo Nugnes, famous Italian art critic and historian Vittorio Sgarbi as the curatorial consultant, and A60 International Art as the special partner of the Milan Biennale in charge of the promotion and on-site work of Chinese artists. After several rounds of consideration and discussion by the curatorial team, more than 300 artists from 50 countries were finally selected to participate in this year's Milan Biennale. Chinese artists Lyu Zexin, Sun Chao, Wu Xunmu, Yang Lei, Li Tianbang, Bai Wenxi, Jie Yanyang, Bao Fusheng, Gui Ming, Yang Hanwen, Zhang Haolan, He Yuanming, Yang Jingjing and Huang Ting will present Chinese contemporary art at the Milan Biennale.
As an Italian art event of international significance, the Milan Biennale hopes to offer international artists a participatory and equal exhibition opportunity and provide artists with comprehensive media coverage and exhibited works through the Milan Biennale. By leveraging Milan's international environment, the Milan Biennale has become an important artistic and cultural activity of the City of Milan. Giuseppe Sala, Mayor of Milan, and Attilio Fontana, President of the Lombardy Region, will attend the opening of the Milan Biennale and make speeches. The publications of the Milan Biennial will be presented by well-known Italian curators, critics and art historians: Salvo Nugnes, Vittorio Sgarbi, Silvana Giacobini, Francesco Alberoni, Paolo Liguori, Director of TG24 TV, Giordano Bruno Guerri, Director of the Victory Museum, and other important personalities.
The Milan Biennial will be inaugurated on November 23, 2023 at 6 p.m. at MILANO ART GALLERY, Via Galeazzo Alessi 11, Milan and on November 24, 2023 at 3 p.m. at Palazzo Stampa di Soncino, Via Torino 61, Milan.
