An exhibition on the future of human and digital intelligence
About
‘A priori,’ meaning ‘from the earlier,’ is a concept about knowledge stemming exclusively from analytics, theoretical deduction, and pure reason. It is this structure that informs how artificial intelligence produces its conclusions from data when interfacing with our complex questions.
In “Beyond a Priori,” presented at SEASON Gallery, eight artists from the Information Experience Design program at the Royal College of Art present a series of works that introduce the unique and intangible human ability to draw from intuition, observation, and experience to take knowledge further than its past.
