Artist Ben Washington will discuss his current site responsive show at the Nunnery Gallery titled Geometric Figuring. He will talk about his interconnecting installations of sculpture and collage and his homemade arcade box that allows the viewer to navigate a virtual rendition of the installation in which you are standing. He will speak about the back and forth nature of his process, where objects and images constantly flux between different types of space; virtual, imaginary, and real. Ben Washington will be joined in conversation with Charlotte Bonham-Carter.
