Milo Newman shares his ongoing investigation into the shifting coastline of the North Sea. Hannah Mooney discusses her recent sculptural and photographic work created during her residency at Nida Art Kolonija, Lithuania.
Hannah Mooney
Hannah Mooney is a Bristol-based Contemporary artist from Dublin. She graduated in 2012 with First Class Honors in BA Fine Art Media from the National College of Art and Design, Ireland. Hannah works primarily in video/ installation, sculpture and collage.
Milo Newman
Milo Newman (1986) studied Documentary Photography at the University of Wales, Newport, graduating in 2008. He has been a studio holder at Spike Island since 2012. His work uses photography to explore ideas of documentary space and phenomenology within a landscape context, and examines the links between landscape, time, narrative and change. He is currently studying for an MA in Photography and the Land at the University of Plymouth.
Recent group exhibitions include reGeneration2 at the Museum of Fine Arts, Yekaterinburg, Russia (2014) and at Landskrona Fotofestival, Sweden (2014), and Three Photographers at The North Wall, Oxford (2011).
