A Group Exhibition about male mental health
About
Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK and part of the problem is the stigma associated with men seeking help with mental health issues. This Autumn Theatre Deli, an Arts Charity based in London & Sheffield will be hosting a group exhibition about male mental health, ‘Be a Man’ curated by Dark Yellow Dot.
Instead of taking a commission, we’ll will be donating 20% of proceeds from sold artworks to MIND, a charity dedicated to supporting those who have mental health difficulties.
The exhibition will run from 14th October- 6th November at Theatre Deli Broadgate, EC2M 2PF.
The open evening takes place on 17th October.
WE'LL BE ACCEPTING ART SUBMISSIONS FOR THIS EXHIBITION UNTIL
20TH SEPTEMBER AT 9PM
- Send your artwork to: bit.ly/DarkYellowDot-Submit
We’re looking for finished pieces under 3ft x 6ft of any medium (except film and performance)** that represent experiences with mental health and what it means to be a man. Pieces must be exhibition ready by the morning of 14th October.
