About
In his new show at SPACE David Foord presents a series of paintings which explore landscape through the prism of class, private property and national identity. For David painting is a tool in which to critically explore space in our world, specifically the ways in which ideology has shaped our view of landscape and hence its creation and manipulation, both architecturally and ecologically.
David Foord is a graduate from Bath Spa University who has lived and worked in Bristol since 2013. He has exhibited across Bristol and Bath, with shows at Centrespace Gallery and the Tobacco Factory. He is based at BV Studios in Bedminster. More information can be found on his site at www.davidfoord.com.
