Barnsdall Art & Craft Fair - September 22
Barnsdall Art Center’s popular Barnsdall Art & Craft Fair takes place on Sunday, September 22 from 10am to 3pm at the iconic Barnsdall Art Park in Hollywood, which is home to the newly UNESCO-designated Frank Lloyd Wright Hollyhock House and the prestigious Los Angeles County Municipal Art Gallery. The event is FREE, kid-friendly and a wonderful way to support local artists while shopping for personable gifts (and even holiday gifts). The Park has long been known for fostering the City’s creative talent - from its Art Center classes to Theater and Art Gallery shows - and is home to a variety of fabulous artisans and craftspeople.
In support of local LA artists, Barnsdall Art & Craft Fair showcases diverse work from the Art Center students and faculty — catering to a range of tastes and budgets — including handcrafted jewelry, ceramics, cards, prints, paintings, drawings and photography. Guests can browse work from local artisans and find the perfect gift from the next statement piece for their collection to the ideal coffee mug. The fair will feature a fundraising raffle for many great prizes including work from our talented artisans and a few surprising grand prizes. Raffle tickets can be purchased at the fair or in advance at Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/barnsdall-art-and-craft-fair-tickets-62965923773.
Proceeds from the event will support arts programming and education for Los Angeles kids and adults at Barnsdall Art Center. Barnsdall Art Park is located at 4800 Hollywood Blvd. https://www.barnsdallartcenter.org/
