Please join us for a talk by polish artist-printmaker Barbara Gorska about the International Print Triennial Krakow 2012. Under the auspices of International Print Network, the Krakow International Print Triennial with exhibitions in 5 countries is the largest printmaking event in the world. Established in 1966, it aims to be a reflection on the place and role of printmaking within the realities of the contemporary world. Barbara, an Ma student at the Academy of Fine Arts Krakow, was an intern during the selection process of the 2012 Triennial. She will share her experience and show images of prints from throughout the long history of the Triennial by a variety of artists, highlighting all print techniques.
