BARABUBBLES are in Milan!

Isabella Mandelli is the first Italian woman to become CEO of an US multinational. She lately made an important life change returning to her first love: art.

She also created very special figures: BARABUBBLES,to talk about inclusiveness, respect for the environment, care for others and caring leadership

Eco-social artist and Life Skills Trainer, Isabella Mandelli moves on the Italian and international scene with an innate grace and respect of people, carrying forward - through her production and poetics - the dual concept of thoughtful Leadership and error that ... doesn't exist.

With Mandelli, error becomes a human error, an experiment in the absence of judgement, a getting lost and then recognizing oneself even more authentically.

The artist created a new special project in Milan: CASA-ATELIER BARABUBBLES (visits by appointment) to show her creations but also to meet people and art lovers, spreading the culture of respect and kindness.

WATERCOLOR ART AND MORE

In addition to workshops for adults and children, Isabella Mandelli also offers companies a particular PerformHearth project, an experiential interlude between Team Building and Training through artistic-pictorial workshops, based both on the managerial skills developed over years above all in the US company and on strong artistic skills. Objective? Stimulate understanding and acceptance of diversity and acceptance of others through caring leadership, using art as a training vehicle.

Isabella Mandelli has created with lightness and spontaneity an entire population of dreamlike characters, who float in an enchanted and harmonious world, including Barabà, Oco, Finolu and Boda, each characterized by distinct and lively personalities, based on Jung's psychological studies.

"A chaotically peaceful explosion of watercolor colors, transparent bubbles, allegories of our world, the throwing of hearts to connect to each other, a dynamic balance between nature and its fantastic creatures, are just some of the central elements of my works, which make my own painting always recognisable. I love to define myself as an eco-social artist because this allows me to focus on the concept of care in an absolute sense: from care for the environment and its elements to respect for diversity up to to inclusiveness" explains Isabella Mandelli.

All is love for this Italian artist! And thanks to her artworks she will be in Japan starting from April 2025 with a big tour based on solo exhibitions dedicated to Barabubbles. First town: Osaka! Barabubbles are very "close" to the Japanese Kawaii culture focused on the power of cuteness!

Isabella is also very close to the US and is looking overseas for the creation of some artistic projects to be carried out in 2025 but still … top secret!
