Since the Kunstsaele Berlin was founded in 2010, the exhibition rooms have been changed countless times. In order to present the paintings and installations, performances and videos, drawings, sculptures and interventions in the best possible way, it was installed and rearranged, painted, nailed, drilled and sanded. The exhibition “Backstage - Hands on the wall” is dedicated to the artists who worked in the background for the Kunstsaele and are now invited to present their own works.
The exhibition is accompanied by an Instagram takeover. The participating artists give a foretaste of their work on @kunstsaele.
