About
What is a portrait? What is landscape art? What questions do artists pose about how we construct and inhabit the world, how we imagine ourselves and our place within it?These questions are the backbone to much of the visual arts programme organised by Departure Lounge in Luton since 2010. Back Catalogue, is an opportunity to revisit the some of the artists and ideas which have featured in our programme over nearly ten years. The exhibition brings together an international array of artists, and offers audiences the opportunity to examine how photography has changed over nearly 70 years.
