108 artists, collectives, small presses and independent publishers will be showing artists' books and zines from the UK, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Denmark, Finland, Poland plus books coming from Australia, Japan, Brazil and the USA.
About
BABE presents 100s of artists' books across the ground floor of UWE Bower Ashton campus. We also have artist-led workshops and printmaking demos both days by the Lemonade Press. There will also be readings, talks, show & tells in “Collections Corner” and special guests from the Nordic / Scandinavian regions for you to meet.
Our World Book Night exhibition Ghosts in the Machine will be on show in the library, and Linda Parr will be showing the entire Postcards for Perec original artworks in their albums.
Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th April, 11am-5pm each day. All welcome, free event, we hope to see you here.
