As part of our members' show program we are excited to be hosting a collaborative performance from Tamara Rogović and Tosia Bargielowska Johnsen.
About
B R I D G E takes as its starting point Kayah & Bregović (1999), a joint album - a blend of pop and folk, incorporating elements of Romani music - by Kayah, a Polish singer and songwriter, and Goran Bregovic, a Yugoslavian musician and composer. They embark on a journey of learning about each other and each other's cultures to discover that there exists a profoundness beyond all national borders."We will be singing, but it is not about singing. It is about meeting half way."
