The "Humanity" art exhibition, curated by art historian and critic Francesca Callipari and promoted by Web TV I Love Italy Tv Gallery will be held in Florence from 3 to 10 May, at the prestigious Bellini Museum.
About
A collective of Italian and international artists (40 artists for the physical exhibition and 16 in video exhibition), coming from 18 countries.
As the curator herself states: "In a highly complex historical period, such as the current one, characterized by a "fragmented" world war and an alienating society that increasingly distances us from each other, Humanity stands as a warning for everyone to find themselves same. Every day we follow a script that in some way has already been written for us, deluding ourselves into thinking we are happy, accepting everything that happens around us, pretending to have everything under control but forgetting our emotions too often... forgetting ourselves."
During the vernissage, scheduled for Saturday 4 May at 4.30 pm, there will be a critical presentation of the selected works and artists, curated by Dr. Francesca Callipari.
Guest of the evening will be the internationally renowned artist - goldsmith Tommaso Lucarelli who will exhibit his valuable work entitled "The Way of Beauty and Salvation", recently exhibited at the XIV Florence Biennale, for which he was awarded the "Lorenzo" prize the magnificent".
Bringing together different artistic expressions, from painting to sculpture to goldsmithing and digital art, the "Humanity" exhibition offers reflective and conceptual works, addressing current issues.
The event catalog will be distributed on all online stores and bookable at 4,500 physical bookstores, as well as in all LaFeltrinelli, Mondadori, Ibs, etc. bookstores.
The Bellini Museum
Private museum of Florence, located on Lungarno Soderini, in Oltrarno, the Bellini museum was created by one of the most famous family of antique dealers in Italy, who has been operating in Florence since 1756, participating in all the most famous international events. In recent years the location has opened its doors to contemporary art, thus giving artists the privilege of being able to exhibit their works in an environment rich in history, located on the ground floor of the fifteenth-century Palazzo Soderini whose façade was redesigned by the famous architect Coppedé.
