Collective is delighted to announce an exhibition 'asweetsea', by Liza Sylvestre.

About

As an artist who is deaf, and whose child and partner are both hearing, Liza Sylvestre’s moving image work, ‘asweetsea’, explores what it means to communicate. Sylvestre has collaborated with her 6 year-old child to reimagine her fond memories of the 1985 TV show 'Sweet Sea' – as well as producing three large-scale drawings, reminiscent of the language of instruction manuals.
