Martin Howewill introduce you to some of the equipment, concepts and techniques that will help you image the night sky from London.
About
London is probably one of the last places you would think of taking astronomical photos. Aside from the weather, the light pollution makes viewing the heavens from London virtually impossible…or does it?
With a little imagination, planning, and some investment in the right equipment it can be very surprising what results can be achieved from the light polluted suburbs of London.
Martin Howe, a keen astrophotographer and fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society, will introduce you to some of the equipment, concepts and techniques that will help you image the night sky from London.
