The essay is titled 'Contemporary Art that Carries Ideological and Political Efficacy'. The essay is attempting to examine art of the past that has caused shock and controversy and to what drives the artists to create this work. The exhibition will have artwork that corresponds to controversial statements whether that be political or other ideological reasons such as feminism for example.
