The annual Artquest Jumble Sale regularly sees hundreds of London based artists gather to sell their bric-a-brac, root out a bargain and mix with one another in a friendly social atmosphere. Now in its fourth year the Jumble Sale promises to be bigger and better, packed with creative competitions, demonstrations, curiosity stalls and activities. This years event has something for all comers artist or otherwise. Highlights of the day will include a cake emporium with a raft of delicious and inventive homemade creations, a ‘Junk customisation stall' which will transform an everyday piece of jumble into a work of art in the style of Damien Hirst, Jeff Koons or Jim Lamby, crocheting classes, tarot readings by artists, a balloon sculpture and photography competition, a raffle with a plethora of tasteful (and tasteless) prizes and much, much more.
