The artist's grandson, Nick Simpson,  invites you to revel in the outlandish splendour of a true Victorian eccentric's photographic imagination . Steam powered stories  take you on a journey of fantastic inventions, nurdling, nadgering and nudity, grebes, pork pies and the infamous Bumforth Manor soirees.
