A panel discussion on the influence of late 20th and early 21st Century popular culture on artists moving image and the recoded visual language used by artists.

The Biennial hosts two chaired panel discussions, presented in collaboration with Film London Artists' Moving Image Network (FLAMIN), exploring recent developments in Artists' Moving Image Practice.
