Este 12 de Octubre 2020 algunos celebran que conquistaron. Nosotrxs celebramos que cada vez estamos más cerca a la invitación diaria del trabajo descolonial. Que resistimos defendiendo alegría y la rebeldía de no parar de estudiar la mirada hacia dentro y hacia afuera.
Que construimos nuevas realidades, que nos encontramos y reconocemos caribeñxs, diversxs y libres.
Este 12 Octubre 2020 nosotrxs celebramos anunciando lxs 6 artistas seleccionadxs, de las más de 50 propuestas presentadas, para ser parte de MAR DE ISLAS encuentro de performance del Caribe 2021. De este modo seguimos trabajando e imaginando cómo construir juntxs realidad posible de la mano y con nuestrxs hermanxs caribeñxs isleñxs.

This October 12, 2020 some celebrate that they conquered. We celebrate that we are getting closer to the daily invitation of decolonial work. That we resist by defending the joy and rebellion of not stopping the study of our gaze inwards and outwards.That we build new realities, that we meet and recognize ourselves as Caribbean, diverse and free.
This October 12, 2020 we celebrate by announcing the 6 selected artists, of the more than 50 proposals submitted, to be part of MAR DE ISLAS performance encounter of the Caribbean 2021. In this way we continue working and imagining how to build possible realities together with our Caribbean sisters and brothers.
