Artist Talk: Richard Wentworth in conversation with leading designer, Kit Grover

About

The second in a series of three discussions by artists, writers and curators working with contemporary photography, devised by Photoworks and the University of Brighton and open to all. The current series focuses on the nature and use of objects within the representational space of the photographic image.”¨â€¨ Since graduating from the RCA in the 1970s, Richard Wentworth has played a hugely influential role in contemporary British art. His work manipulates industrial and/or found objects into works of art, transforming the way we think about sculpture and photography. In his ongoing project Making Do and Getting By, Wentworth has been documenting aspects of everyday life over the past thirty years.
