Cedric Christie’s work explores a broad range of cultural and art historical references, often using humour and irony as subtle vehicles of communication. The current exhibition at the Sidney Cooper Gallery includes minimalist sculpture, drawings, Pop Art inspired light boxes, and brand new print work. These are accompanied by a specially commissioned documentary by filmmaker Ben Rowley, entitled Dinner with Cedric.
To book your place, please contact the gallery on (01227) 453267 or gallery@canterbury.ac.uk, or by simply dropping in during our usual opening hours.
