For the final day of the Project Space Festival, Xanadu has invited several Berlin-based platforms to present moving image programmes that present their own distinctive approaches to the problems and possibilities that arise from attempting to present the medium outside of the usual institutionalized contexts. As a relatively new space, Xanadu uses the Project Space Festival to bring together some (but of course not all) of the other independent and artist-run moving image initiatives in Berlin, both to encourage dialogue between us and to present to the Project Space Festival audience a selection of our different approaches to how we think about artists' work with moving image.
