Artful Stitching is an inspiring workshop to nourish your creativity, make connections with like minded people and take some time just for you to learn new and exciting embroidery skills. This workshop comes with a beautiful gift set.

You will be creating artful embroidery on to beautifully hand dyed fabrics created exclusively in my studio, using a combination of slow stitch and embroidery sampler stitching styles.

You'll begin the workshop by learning a selection of hand embroidery stitches that make up the back bone of all other embroidery stitches - both how to embroider these traditionally and then altering them to make new and interesting effects. You'll embroider away with new stitches being taught as needed.

Time will be spent with each person individually to share those skills needed to progress with your embroidery artwork.

By the end of the workshop you will have learnt a range of beautiful hand embroidery stitches and be taking away a unique piece of embroidered artwork. This workshop also includes a beautifully curated gift set consisting of a selection of fabrics and threads to ensure you can continue creating after the workshop, artist greetings cards and an exclusive needle minder. The colours and designs of the contents will be different in each box.

All materials are provided. The workshop is suitable for people of all levels of embroidery experience from the complete beginner to the more accomplished embroiderer.
