About
Join us for the first in a bi-monthly series, new and improved with our partner Bridge and Tunnel Brewery in Brooklyn! The first of the year is March 20th from 7-9 pm at their taproom, a laid back and cozy spot right on the edge of Ridgewood and Bushwick next to the Halsey L train.Our first session is all about collage - the best materials, the best methods, and fine art examples from our friend and artist Juan Hinojosa. He received his BFA from Parsons School of Design and has taken residencies with the Vermont Studio Center and Materials for the Arts, among others. Juan will lead the workshop, showing steps to create a collage inspired by his own practice.
Ticket price includes all materials for minimum one (1) collage on board per person, and a drink ticket redeemable for 1 pint of tasty beer from the team at Bridge and Tunnel. Tickets are $35 per participant and space is limited!
You must be 21+ to participate as this is at a brewery/tap room. Additional beer is available for purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: This workshop starts promptly at 7pm, so we encourage folks to arrive by 6:45 to grab a seat and get settled.
