Canary Wharf Community Affairs and Public Art present a new Community Window Gallery devoted to exhibiting work by local arts projects in our neighbouring area. Artbeat is a community arts initiative launched by international legal practice Allen & Overy in 2003. Students from partner schools in Tower Hamlets are commissioned to produce work for Allen & Overy's offices. The scheme provides professional artists as tutors, and continually aims to challenge the students' perceptions and experiences — both in terms of the media they use and their relationship with the City.
