A self-taught artist whose love of art started at a very early age, Mark initially tried a variety of different mediums.
About
At age 9 he came into contact with pastels, which very quickly became his main artistic tool. Pastels can be very messy initially, but that’s what he likes about them, from the uncertainty and messiness, beautiful order can be created. “This piece, Visions of my Sleeping Travels, is a snapshot of a dream I once had, where all of the little blue worms you see were moving on the page….”
