About
Struggling with constant pressure from a world where we are always connected through digital media, we suffer loneliness and social fragmentation while anxiously searching for peace, happiness and love in the world around us.
As part of the BEDLAM Arts and Mental Health Festival 2021, there will be a panel discussion held at Birmingham Repertory Theatre which connects art, spirituality and mental wellbeing through the exploration of the mind. Panelists include Sikh artist Kanwar Singh, ex Vogue/Dazed creative and the curator of Journey of the Mind Deep K Kailey, along with artist and educator Navi Kaur.
