Pablo Picasso said: ‘Everything you can imagine is real.’ Every picture, song, invention, or situation is real, inside your head. But what happens if you try to communicate this to the outside world? How will it translate? Will you be able to show everything you are imagining? Or just a representation?
In this workshop, you will learn about mimesis: a basic theoretical principle in the creation of art, where we discover how art imitates life, imitates art, imitates life.
