Having developed their varying styles over many years, two accomplished Yorkshire artists Paul Talbot Greaves and Clare Haley - have been brought together for the first time in a dynamic and contrasting landscape exhibition.
Watercolourist Paul-Talbot Greaves' is incredibly well known in the art world, a publisher of many books and a lecturer in art, his work is flawless in its ability to convey the simplicity of the upland landscape via bold use of colour and his ability to capture light. Creating a strong contrast to this style are the stunning Turner-esque oil paintings from Clare Haley, the clouds brooding with intensity and a vast beautifully illuminated landscape.
This unique exhibition opens on Saturday 3rd November at the Harrison Lord Gallery in Brighouse and is free to attend. For more information visit the website www.harrisonlord.co.uk or call 01484 722462.
