As we become more integrated with technology, we disconnect from nature; we move faster yet our attention becomes shorter, we have more time but spend it staring at screens. What if we can relearn how to interact with our environment?

Join artist Sean Roy Parker for the first roaming workshops in collaboration with Coastal Culture Trail. After visiting the gallery for examples of artwork inspired by the local landscape we will travel by bike to Pevensey Peninsula, where you will identify, imitate and illustrate the native flora and unique geology. With your samples and research collected, enjoy a communal lunch on-site, swap notes and share stories. Upon returning to the gallery, unpack your finds and create an artwork based on your experience.

Along with your bike and helmet we recommend bringing a packed lunch and drink.
