Spirit Level, Royal Festival Hall, Southbank Centre An exhibition and programme of events resulting from a ground-breaking collaboration between Victim Support, the Koestler Trust and the Southbank Centre. Victims of crime have been invited to curate the UK's annual exhibition of art created in prisons, young offender institutions, secure children's homes, secure hospitals, immigration removal centres and by people on probation.
