A new spectator sport comes to Manchester — live competitive painting. Some of the UK's bravest artists have been tasked with creating a masterpiece in only 30 minutes while 200 movers & shakers circulate and watch the art evolve. The audience will play their part, deciding which artist should progress to the grand final at the end of each round, by voting for their favourite piece. There will also be the chance to walk away with a masterpiece too — all artwork produced will be auctioned off at the end of the night to raise money for a local charity. This unique social event will take place in the heart of Manchester's creative Northern Quarter — at 2022NQ. DJ, Peter G, will be spinning ambient tunes, while the lovely staff at 2022NQ help quench people's thirst.
