"At the cosmic scale, only the fantastic is likely to be true. "This premise stated by Teilhard in the middle of the XX th century is an excellent introduction to access this other world, nestled inside of our world, in which the title of this exhibition refers.
ANOTHER WORLD /// IN OUR WORLDAll of a sudden, we question our relationship to the real through many sectors of creation and knowledge, on the frontiers of science, tradition, fantasy, science fiction and, ultimately, reality. The exhibition rekindles a quest for knowledge to overcome the apparent contradiction between materialism and spiritualism, at the crossroads of art and technology, alchemy and anthropology, scholarship and popular culture , esotericism and quantum physics, the proven and the imaginary.

"Modern science teaches us that there is behind simple visible, complicated invisible. L.Pauwels & J. Bergier, The morning of the magicians .
Centered around the notion of fantastic realism, which he aims to rediscover and reactivate, in line with the work of Louis Pauwels and Jacques Bergier published in 1960, The morning of the magicians , and the magazine Planet, to which the latter gave birth, ANOTHER WORLD /// IN OUR WORLD  constitutes a hybrid event in perpetual evolution, between the itinerant collective exhibition, the symposium and the laboratory of epistemological experimentation. The purpose of this project is to highlight this major movement of the counter-culture of the 60's, largely obscured today, as well as to highlight the underground echo of its favorite themes in multiple areas of creation contemporary.

The first edition of this atypical project took place in 2016 at agnès b. as well as at the Maison de la Poésie and the Center Wallonie-Bruxelles, in Paris. A second edition of the event took place at the beginning of 2018 at Les Halles Saint-Géry, in Brussels, with a largely renewed content. This new version of the exhibition Frac Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, the third, is currently the richest and most ambitious, incorporating the work of many new artists, including some from the Frac collection.
