Angie Lewin renowned printmaker and Alex Malcolmson creator of constructions are exhibiting in this Autumn exhibition

About

Angie Lewin, studies plants, flowers, rocks and tiny corners of land whose patterns and colours fascinate and help her to create stunning prints.

Alex Malcolmson, born in Shetland but living in Harrogate, yearns for the sea. His constructions, often using similar techniques to traditional boat building but on a much smaller scale, depict voyages, seabirds and navigation.

Both artists enjoy the minutea of their subjects, fine details are bought to the fore and are the key to the compositions of their works.
