As part of Out of Range 2009, Jean Wainwright gives a guest talk, titled 'ANDY WARHOL: A LIFE UNSTITCHED'. Free entry, (donations much appreciated.) Dr Jean Wainwright is an art historian and critic. Her areas of expertise are contemporary arts and photography. She has published extensively in this field as well as appearing on television and radio programmes (including the Today Programme, Channel Four, BBC and Open University) with specific reference to Warhol. Her practice as an art critic most prominently features interviews with international artists, photographers, filmmakers and curators. In this capacity she has published numerous 'conversations' for Audio Arts Magazine (published on CD) and acquired in 2006 by The Tate Gallery London. She also regularly interviews for The Art Newspaper TV. She is currently completing a book on Art and Fame.
