We are happy to announce japanese diary, an exhibition by Andrea van der Hillen, in which she will show work she did during her residence at Studio Kura.
About
Van der Hillen is a German artist based in Munich, Germany. She studied Fine Arts and Graphic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts, Munich, and got her Master in Fine Arts at Berlin University of the Arts. Her work has been shown in places such as Germany, USA and Japan. Van der Hillen uses an old technique called egg-tempera. She makes her own colours and she also mixes them with sand she finds in her journeys.
