ALEX SMITH is compiling archive material and collecting memories and stories about how Islington has been home to many groundbreaking organisations and individuals that helped to progress LGBT rights. She is Project Manager for Islington's Pride.
NINA WAKEFORD is an artist and sociologist. Her work begins with the unfinished business of past social movements, and the challenges of revisiting the energies that these movements created.
IF THESE WALLS COULD TALK 2 is an HBO movie released in 2000 starring Ellen Generes, Vanessa Redgrave, Chloë Sevigny, Sharon Stone, Michelle Williams. It follows three separate storylines about lesbian couples in three different time periods. It was directed by Jane Anderson, Martha Coolidge, and Anne Heche.
