What does it mean to be an “alien” in the US? We investigate at the third iteration of our public programs series that explores the themes, contexts, and aesthetics that have informed the exhibition Mundos Alternos: Art and Science Fiction in the Americas.

About

This program will feature artist interventions organized by Beta-Local including an Alien Publication and Workshop and Listening Session with Rebecca Adorno; a performance by artist Guadalupe Maravilla on our famed model of NYC, the Panorama of the City of New York; and a performance by Black Quantum Futurism. Gallery hours will be extended until 6 pm for this event.
