Davy & Kristin McGuire present their stunning work Ophelia's Ghost in St. James in Alackby, as part of Altered Festival, celebrating contemporary art in historic churches.
In May, The Altered Festival will bring internationally-renowned artists to Lincolnshire, presenting thought-provoking contemporary art installations in historic churches. As part of this Davy & Kristin McGuire present their stunning work Ophelia's Ghost in St. James church in Alackby.
This haunting installation is based on Shakespeare’s tragic character Ophelia. The work uses both audio and visual techniques to bring audience members face to face with Ophelia at the moment of her watery demise.
