Event map

A group exhibition born out of this tender, floaty, collaborative Into the Wild year, the artist development program run by Chisenhale Education.

About

The exhibition features research/findings/outcomes produced during our residency at Wysing Arts Centre amongst individual work made throughout the past year.

Octavia E. Butler's opening lines to the Parable series make up the title, and continue to inform/align the collective, individual, finished, ongoing work shown here. Expect sonic drawings and maps, a bespoke herbal cocktail, plant based changing prints, landscapes in conversation, and if you're lucky... a horror film like you've never seen before.

Free to attend, the exhibition will take place in the education space (through the door to the right of the main studios entrance). You enter the space via a long metal ramp that leads you to the room, the space is fully wheelchair accessible and has a gender neutral, wheelchair accessible toilet.

Opening night: Thurs 14 July, 6-9pm
Exhibition open: Fri 15-Sun 17 July, 12-5pm
