About
Alexander James is proud to announce his third solo exhibition in London at LIBRARY. The private view will be on the 9th March and the exhibition will continue until the 2nd April. James will be exhibiting a range of his latest paintings from "Catching The Waves" under These Colours Don't Run. He will also be exhibiting some of his most recent video work.
Painting has become the forefront of his practice incorporating digital print, photography and a host of other materials. Painting is the link to all mediums for Alexander – its expressive and is always evolving. A lot of James' paintings have a lot of neutral colours, inspired from films set in the ‘wild west’, the desert and the mountains. It’s all very neutral and beautiful to look at. Alexander has taken this under his pallette in his latest collection "Catching The Waves".
We look forward to seeing you all there.
