About
Aleks Slota
Addresses the themes of public persona, systemic and interpersonal violence, and internalized and externalized power structures. These themes are confronted in his works about religious intolerance, internet anonymity, substance abuse, family history, loneliness, hedonism, linguistics, nationalism, state surveillance, sexuality, migration, the artist’s ego, among others.
EA.3 BERLIN 2018 RESTITUTION
During one month Marta Antinucci, Laure Catugier, Nathalie Novain, Aleks Slota and Marie Takahashi worked on the elaboration and production of a collaborative art piece. Exhibition from September 24 to 29, 2018 during Berlin Art Week.
