About

An exhibition of jewellery and silversmithing by the 6 current artist-in-residence practitioners at Glasgow School of Art. This autumn at The Biscuit Factory we are excited to be showcasing work by six accomplished makers from varied backgrounds, with diverse influences, all based in the prestigious Silversmithing and Jewellery Department of Glasgow School of Art. Their work together comprises an innovative collection of contemporary applied arts. Soizig Marie Carey, Victoria Marie Coleman, Jennifer Gray, Amy C Mackay, Jan Rooney, and Lauren Wethers are a diverse group of designer/makers, creating objects and jewellery using both traditional and contemporary techniques and materials.
