About
Annka Kultys Gallery is delighted to present the second solo exhibition of Ai-Da Robot, the pioneering humanoid robot artist, at its East London location. The exhibition features six limited editions of Ai-Da’s work, ranging from her early abstracted paintings to her more recent self-portraits, which demonstrate her evolving skill in the realms of art and technology.
Ai-Da Robot, named after the pioneering mathematician Ada Lovelace, has become a global sensation, pushing the boundaries of what is possible for artificial intelligence in the realm of contemporary art. Her unique blend of robotics, artificial intelligence, and artistic creativity has fascinated art enthusiasts and tech aficionados alike, cementing her place as a visionary artist of the 21st century.
Ai-Da’s artistic process combines the use of cutting-edge algorithms, data analysis, and machine learning to generate her compositions. With each stroke of her not only digital “brush,” but also her new robotic limb, she is able to paint independently and change colours in a straightforward manner.
