Discover Affordable Art in the Garden—outdoor sculpture, art, demos & more this August & during h.Art in September.

About

Escape the everyday and step into a celebration of creativity in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside. Affordable Art in the Garden showcases the work of 19 talented sculptors and artists in a joyful exploration of form, material, and accessibility. On view throughout August, the exhibition continues into Herefordshire Art Week (h.Art), running daily from 6–14 September, 11am–5pm.

During h.Art, Canwood Gallery will also host live artist demonstrations, offering a chance to engage more deeply with the creative process and the makers behind the work. For more details about h.Art events and venues, please visit www.h-art.org.uk.

Set within our expansive grounds, this open-air exhibition features everything from bold centrepieces to charming smaller works, with prices starting under £10 and rising to £2,500—making art collecting accessible to all.

Inside, the Turbine Hall features exquisite marble sculpture and a striking collection of 2D artworks—thoughtful pieces perfect for the home.

At Canwood Gallery, art meets nature in a setting shaped by reflection, generosity, and hope. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, seasoned collector, or simply enjoying a peaceful day out, Affordable Art in the Garden offers a rich and inspiring experience. Refreshments are available from our on-site café, serving tea, coffee, cake, and local treats.
